Vicki Lynn Findley Metzger was born in Dallas,Texas on 6 September 1947, and died on 11 July 2011, in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents James Thomas (Jimmy) Findley and Wanda Gardner, and husband Wilbert Chester (Bert) Metzger 111. Vicki is survived by her 3 children Aaron Metzger and wife Lupe, Adam Metzger and wife Laura, and Ashley Metzger Malone, and husband Yates. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren, as well as 3 siblings, her twin brother Dick Findley, Kaye Findley, and James Findley. Her funeral was held on 16 July 2011 at David Clayton Funeral Home in Duncanville, Texas, with burial at Little Bethel Cemetery on Cedar Hill Rd. in Duncanville, Texas.
