John Milton Smith, 58, toolmaker of Lockheed Martin, died Wednesday, July 22, 1998, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. John was born February 28, 1940 in Lindale, Texas. Survivors: Shirley Smith of Fort Worth; sons, John Dave Smith, of Michigan, Milton Wayne Smith of Kileen, and Robert Louie Smith of Fort Worth; daughters, Sandi Gandy of Panhandle and Phyllis Spencer, Kimberly Wiliams and Stephanie Dunnavant, all of Fort Worth; mother, Martha Smith of Fort Worth; brother, Robert Lee Smith of Fort Worth; sister, Pat Wyzykowski of Joshua; sixteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
