Bio

Hugh B. "Bud" Carter was the third child of Hugh C. Carter and Mary Emily Hill of Henderson Co., Texas. He married Susie Emma Parrott on 13 Oct 1908 in Nacogdoches, Texas. Death occurred in the Black Jack Community, Henderson, Texas, USA from a heart attack and over-exhaustion from fighting a grass fire.
