The News Tribune, Friday, December 3, 1996 Lola M. Beshaler Lola was born in Castle Rock, WA on Ag 20, 1906. She moved to Tacoma as a young girl and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1925. Lola worked for Sears for several years and was a longtime member of the retail Clerks Retiree Club where wh had many friends and enjoyed attending the monthly meetings. She celebrated her 90th birthday in August with a large gathering of family and friends. Lola was maried to Harry Beshaler for 44 years until his death in 1971 She leaves her children, Jmes (Jim) and Marain Beshaler, Lorraine and John (Jack) Peterson; and daughter-in-law Vivian Bell, widow of son, William (Bill) Beshaler, who passed away in March 1996. She also leaves grandchildren Diana Boutwell, Donna and Jerry olson, Jim Jr. and Nancy Beshaler-Gross and Jim Gross, Susan and Tony Pouliot, Sharon and Rick Kennard and William Beshaler Jr.; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Lola's greatest joy was her family. She loved us all very much and took great pleasure in attending family gatherings. She lived at the Jeri-Lin Apartments for the past 20 years and had many wonderful friends among her neighbors. Thanks to everyone who helped care for er during these last difficult days. A fiercely independent woman - her loving heart finally "wore out". We miss you mom! Funeral services Sat., Dec 14, 10 a.m. in the mountain View Valley Chapel. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Park.
