Haskell Eppler, age 65 of Ennis, Texas, passed away at his home on Thursday, November 4, 2010. He was born in Ennis, Texas to Vernon and Dorothy Eppler on March 11, 1945. Haskell married Terry Ritchey on June 4, 1962. He was retired from Bestway Transportation of Palmer, Texas in 2001. He and his wife not only drove for Bestway, they also drove for Ennis Transportation in Ennis, Texas and 4-J Trucking of Emory, Texas which was leased to Fleetline of Dallas, Texas, and B & C Trucking of Ennis, which was leased to Sisk Trucking of Bakerfield, Co. He is survived by his wife, three daughters; two sons, four grandsons, seven granddaughters, three great grandsons, his mother, and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Eppler; two brothers, David and Robby Eppler, and one sister, Barbara Gilbert. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M.
