Bio

The Hamilton Herald-News 07/27/2000 Etta Mae Harris, 101, died at the Forest Oaks Nursing Home Sunday morning July 23. Funeral services were 10 a.m. Wed., July 26 at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wright Price and Rev. Alan Gilbert officiating. Miss Harris was born May 26, 1898 at Indian Gap. She was the daughter of the late Obe and Ella Spivey Harris. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pottsville Baptist Church. One sister, Willow Dean Williams, and one brother, Hubert Harris , and a number of nieces and nephews survive her. Pallbearers were Bert Williams, Brent Williams, Obey James Harris, O.B.Harris, Josh Harris and Ronnie Harris.
