Age 75 US ARMY ZABOJNIK, JOSEPH, 75, of Tempe, Arizona, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2003 in Ahwatukee, AZ. Mr. Zabojnik served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, moving the Phoenix area in the early 1960's. He worked for 33years at Baird's Sunbeam Bread in Phoenix, retiring as the plant engineer. Those surviving include his wife of 40 years, Maxine; a daughter, Joanne (Vance) Holstein; 1 step-daughter, Nona (Bill) Stewart; 3 step-sons. John (Suzanne) Jones and Harvey and Casey Jones; a brother, Albert; a sister, Evelyn and 1 grandson, Christian Holstein. Also surviving are numerous step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Emil. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 18 at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1221 W.
