Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. James, 70, of Pitkin died Sunday, Jan. 5, 1997, in St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria. Survivors include two sons, Richard James and Thomas James, both of Kershaw, S.C.; one daughter, Geneva James of North Carolina; and one brother, Willie James of Cravens. Friends may call from 8 a.m. until time of services today in the funeral home.
