Bio

Daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Zions) Swantek. She married Charles B. Czarnik on October 18, 1927 at St. Mary's Catholic Church-Pilsno. They settled on a farm south of Genoa where they raised their family. Charles passed away October 15, 1972. Julia continued living on the farm until 1993 . She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church-Krakow. She worked for many years as a cook including Gloors Bakery, Columbus Sales Pavilion, and the Greyhound Bus Terminal Cafe. Julia is survived by Daughter Margaret Czarnik of Omaha, NE Daughter Lucille (Ronald) Diekman of Omaha, NE Daughter Kathleen Micek of Ames, NE Son Stanley Czarnik of St. Edward, NE 12 Grandchildren & Many Great and Great Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by Father Joseph Swantek Mother Catherine Swantek Son Harry Czarnik Daughter Julie Jonas 7- Sisters 2- Brothers
