Bio

Robert Lewis Stone, 74, of Oceanside died Oct. 31. He was born in Texas and was a logistics specialist in the Marine Corps. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars. Survivors include his brothers, William Stone of Houston and Frank Stone of Dallas, numerous nieces and nephews; and friend, Russell Oyler of Mira Mesa. Services in Dallas were pending. Arrangements Poway-Bernardo Mortuary. Published in The San Diego Union Tribune on Nov. 7, 2003.
