Bio
Lt. Col. Northcutt is one of four killed when their Boeing KC-135A-BN Stratotanker (#56-3592) crashed near Carlingford, NB while returning to Loring Air Force Base in Maine after a training mission when a fuel pump became overheated and ignited fuel vapors. Also killed were: Airman 1st Class Jack D. Cupp, 23, Charlotte, NC 1st Lt. Alfred H. Taft, 25, Campbell, NY Captain Robert G. Weinman, 27, Tempe, AZ
