GRANBURY - Virginia May Porter of Granbury, a retired saleswoman, died Friday at a Granbury hospital. She was 94. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Martin's Funeral Home in Granbury. Burial will be at Restland Cemetery in Dallas. Mrs. Porter was born in Collin County and had lived in Granbury since 1980. She was a former longtime Dallas resident. She had been married to James Porter, who died in 1966. Survivors: Two daughters, Joyce Vaughan and Jerry Ann Brooksher, both of Granbury; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Fort Worth Star-Telegram May 24, 1993
