Mary Susie Queen Cravens Rogers, age 80, a resident of De Queen, died Saturday, June 18, 2011 in De Queen, Arkansas. She was born March 2, 1931 in Smithville, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and a respiratory therapist. She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert Harrison Queen and Florida Alabama Wright Queen; her husband, Rufus Vern (R.V.) Cravens; a son, Rodger Dale Cravens, Sr. a granddaughter and a grandson. Mrs. Rogers is survived by her husband, James Earl Rogers; one daughter and son-in-law, Verne and Austin Stapp of Lubbock, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Harrison (Harry) and Carol Cravens of Gladstone, Illinois and Troy and Courtney Cravens of De Queen; three step-sons, Larry Wayne Rogers of Dallas, Texas, Amos Rogers of Denver, Colorado and James Rogers of Austin, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, and a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Rogers will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hochatown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 20th at the funeral home.
