Mrs. Mary Straka, 34, wife of Charles Straka, store keeper at South Nineteenth, died Thursday, Aug 1, 1929. She had lived in Lincoln for sixteen years. She leaves a daughter, Miss Geraldine Straka, and four sons, Charles, Edward, Lawrence, and Donald, all at home. She also leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Janousek, Ludell, Kas., five brothers, Charles, Anton, Vencle (Bancle), and Paul of Ludell, and Joseph Janousek of Atwood, Kas., and two sisters, Miss Rose Janousek of Ludell and Mrs. Michael Keeney of Trenton. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Straka will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Church. Rev. John Hoffman officiating. Burial in Calvary. Funeral arrangements by Splain & Schnell's.
