Bio
Mrs Earner, who was 81 yrs, 3 mos, 16 days, died in the Columbus Hospital in Great Falls, MT on 24 Nov 1930. She had been in poor health since last June, but her condition worsened in the last two weeks. Catherine was born in Co Kerry, Ireland, 8 Aug 1849 and she came to America with her mother and sister when she was about 2 yrs old. She spent her earlier yrs in MA, the family later moving to IL, where she was married 19 Nov 1865 to Charles Earner. They moved to Nebraska, where he died in 1889. About 16 yrs ago she went to Great Falls, MT. She is survived by five daughters: Mrs A E (Agnes) Lontin and Mrs E T (Johanna) Martin, of Great Falls; Mrs P C (Margaret Jane) Fleck of Greenville, MI; Mrs A W (Elizabeth) Smith of Horace, NE and Mrs Mary(Harry) Conover of Portland, OR. Five grandsons and Floyd Shipman served as pallbearers at Catherine's funeral. Webster Co News, Mon, 1 Dec 1930
