Bio

Randal Joe Kulhanek, age 47, of Megargel, Texas, died Thursday, February 14, 2008. Randy was born September 20, 1960, in Olney, Texas, to the late George and Gertrude Kulhanek. He graduated from Megargel High School in 1978, and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He spent most of his life working as a plumber, as well as farming and custom harvesting with his family. A few of Randy's greatest interests were camping, skiing, hunting and playing racquetball. Above all else he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially being a dad to his two children, Taylor and Layne. He leaves behind his daughter, Taylor Kulhanek and son, Layne Kulhanek; one sister, Janice Lane and husband, Andy of Megargel, Texas; four brothers, Vic Kulhanek and wife, Joyce, Wayne Kulhanek, and Glen Kulhanek, all of Megargel, Texas, and Shorty Kulhanek and wife, Dona of Colby, Kansas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
