Occupation: Farmer Abilene Reporter-News 10/6/1948 Retired Scurry Farmer Buried SNYDER, Oct. 6 — Last rites for Albert William McCormick, retired Scurry County farmer, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Primitive Baptist Church here with the Rev. W. H. Fox and the Rev. O. C. Floyd, both of Amarillo, officiating. Burial was in the Snyder Cemetery under direction of Odom Funeral Home. Mr. McCormick, 77, died Monday night after an illness of four months. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Donnie McCormick, Mrs. Ethel Wooodson and Mrs. Lillie Nolan, all of Snyder; three sons, O. S. of Dunn, C. E. of Snyder and Homer of Hobbs, N.M.; and a sister, Mrs. Julia A. Knox of Snyder.
