Herald Coaster, June 5, 1992: Funeral services for Jessie Fred Heinecke, 70, of Rosenberg, are scheduled 10 a.m. Saturday at Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Rosenberg. Deacon David Mitchell will officiate, with graveside services at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Mr. Heinecke died Thursday at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 15, 1922 in La Grange. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a longtime oilfield worker until he retired in 1986. Survivors include his wife, Helen Heinecke; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Connie Heinecke; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Michael Chynoweth, all of Rosenberg; sisters and their husbands, Ruby and Lawrence Smith and Pearl and Westine Tiedt, all of Houston, and Ollie and Otto Lockstedt of Porter; four grandchildren, Brett and Tiffany Chynoweth and Lauren and Brooke Heinecke, all of Rosenberg. Visitation with the family will be after 3 p.m. Friday at Davis Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
