Bio

Patsy Crocker Young, 62, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Wake Medical Center. Patsy was born in Liberty, Texas on October 28, 1948 to the late Swin Crocker and Mabel Young. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dennis Young. Patsy had worked at St. Mary School for many years and will be remembered for her love of children. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Wayne Memorial Park with Father Kevin Corcoran presiding. Patsy is survived by her daughter, LeAnn Young Rabun and husband Karl of Goldsboro; her brother, Bobby Crocker and wife Judene of Texas; her sister, Linda Wiley and husband Les of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.seymourfuneralhome.com.
