Bio

Per the Fischer-Apple family tree on Ancestry.com: When Oliver "Roy" Apple was born on October 14, 1886, in McKinney, Texas, his father, George, was 36 and his mother, Tennessee, was 34. He had one son Jack Willis in 1908 and one daughter Avo WILLIS Shaw Groves O'Rear in 1912 with Ethel Mae WILLIS Fogelman. He then married Stella Mae BALLEW Apple Moore in 1914 and they had seven children together - Avery, G.B., Aubrey, Oliver "Raymond", Arthur Evarts, Lois Evelyn APPLE Fischer and Sue Ann APPLE Shuptrine Washburn. He died on May 27, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 76, and was buried in Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. Contributor: DeniseHayes (49408196)
