Whitney Messenger June 12, 1987 Tommie Golden Tommie Golden, age 28, of Fort Worth died Saturday morning, June 6, 1987 in a Ft. Worth Hospital(John Peter Smith Hospital)after a long illness. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Monday, June 8, at the Bethlehem Cemetery near Whitney. Marshall and Marshall Funeral Home in Whitney was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Golden was born July 21, 1958 in Amarillo, but lived most of his life in Ft. Worth. He was a cosmetologist. He is survived by his father, Joe Golden of Milsap, TX., his mother, Rela Sowersby of Belton, two sisters, Cynthia Jo Barrier of Ft. Worth and Zayne Golden of Belton. His grandmother, Nelma Golden of Mineral Wells, one niece and one nephew.
