View Cenotaph HERE . Fort Worth Star Telegram 28 Mar 2004 EULESS Jessie I. Shelton, 88, a retired assistant tax assessor, passed away Friday, March 26, 2004, in North Richland Hills. FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Monday at Richland Hills Christian Church, in North Richland Hills. Burial: Old Arlington Memorial Cemetery in Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Arlington Funeral Home. Jessie was employed for many years with the Oklahoma tax assessor's office. She was a member of North Richland Hills Christian Church and AARP Chapter 1526 in Richland Hills. Jessie also enjoyed arts and crafts and made sure that all of her pieces were perfect before completion. Survivors: Charles D. Shelton of Euless; one son; one granddaughter, one grandson and one step great granddaughter.
