Alene Rae Copeland, 80, retired Alene's Beauty Salon owner and operator, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2002. Graveside service 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Walnut Valley Memorial Park. Survivors: daughters, Debbie Poe of Flower Mound, Texas, Raylene Propps of Wichita; brothers, Harold Young of Kansas City, Mo., Kenneth Young of Texas; sister, Charlotte Parker of Corpus Christi, Texas; two grandchildren.
