Lucy was the daughter of Polly (Morrison) and Henry Newton Lee. She first married Josiah D Kilburn in 1876. Josiah died in 1890 and is buried at the Copeland Cemetery in Wayne County, TN. Lucy and Josiah had: William E "Will" born 1878 Amanda "Mandy" who married J. "Allen" Newbern" Ella J born 1886 who married John Frank Throgmorton Lucy married Thomas Jefferson Bedford in 1891 after the death of his first wife, Hannah McCannon. Lucy and Thomas had: Stephen"Ben" born in 1893, lived on Hardin's Creek Lewis G Beford born in 1895, lived in Memphis TN Etta who died young
