Daughter of Benjamin Harrison & Clara C (Jensen) Shepherd. Wife of James E Starke, married July 8, 1966. ∼ Tucker, Dorothy L., 82, of Big Springs died Friday, March 24, 2006, at the Ogallala Community Hospital in Ogallala. A memorial has been established. Services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2006, at the Holechek Funeral Home in Oshkosh with Pastor Bonnie McCord officiating. Burial will be in the Oshkosh City Cemetery.
