Bio
Rose Ann died Saturday, May 21, 2011, at the Tabitha Home in Lincoln. Rose Ann was born August 14, 1928, in Schuyler, Nebraska to Adolph and Ann(Bartak) Lodl. She graduated from Schuyler High School in 1949. On February 21, 1955,she married Frank James Srb. In the 1950's she was employed as a sales-associate at J.M. McDonald Company in Schuyler and later worked at Dale Electronics in Columbus. Following the birth of their two sons, she was a homemaker. Rose Ann and Frank moved to Lincoln in 2002, to be near their family. She enjoyed family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. Rose Ann is survived by her husband, Frank, two sons; James(Lori) Srb and Roger(Jamie) Srb, all of Lincoln, five grandchildren;Andrew, Tyler, Audrey, Jacalyn and Julia, sister-in-law, Wilma(Richard) Chudomelka, Schuyler, niece Lana Janousek of Norfolk and nephew Larry Lodl, of Centennial, Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers;Milo A., Jerry and Adolph "Bud" Lodl. Visitation Tuesday, May 24, 2011, 4-7 p.m. with the family present, Kracl Funeral Chapel, Schuyler, Neb. A private family service will be held. Memorials to Schuyler Cemetery Association or Schuyler Volunteer Fire Department. Arrangements by Kracl Funeral Chapel, Schuyler.
