RESEARCH NOTE: There seems to be a fairly large discrepancy about Florence's death year. Her grave marker says death was Oct 14, 1882. However, her last child, Agnes Hilger, was born on July 8, 1883. Finding no evidence that Florence's husband, John, remarried, it is my conclusion that the death year of "1882" is wrong on the stone, and should read "1883".
