Thomas was the husband of Martha Elizabeth Harville.They moved from Alabama about 1855. He was in the 16th Regiment, Tx, Vol Inf. C0 D of Scurry's Brigade, Walker's Div.Confederate Army. Father of Joseph, Luease, Andrew, Josephine and Martha Jane Franklin. Son of Mary Ann Farmer & Josiah Franklin.
