s/o Frank and Mollie V. Barfield h/o Beulah A. Shaw, m. December 13, 1896 --- His Mother's name was Martha Victoria Duke, known as Mollie. She married Dezane Frank Barfield. She was from Mississippi and he was from Georgia. Frank’s death and burial is unknown. Mollie remarried to Benjamin Franklin Fleming after Frank. She died in 1920 and is buried in Franklin County, Texas. He had 1 sister, Minnie Lee Barfield who married Joseph Rodgers. Dezannie and Beulah had a son, Dock James Barfield.
