. Billy J. "Bobby" Kovar, 66, died Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, in Biloxi. Mr. Kovar was born Sept. 6, 1933, in Dallas, and was a resident of the Three Rivers community. He was a retired boiler maker and served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member of Lilly Orchard Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Kovar; a son, Robert; two sisters, Venita Crouch and Elizabeth Logan; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point. A service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with burial in Serene Memorial Gardens. 1999 The Sun Herald
