Born the daughter of Henry Milton Knight (1875 – 1933) and Rebecca Cathren McCasland Knight (1885 – 1915), she married 22 Sep 1923 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Lloyd Alvin Magar (1901 – 1978) and their children were Mary Cathern Magar (1915 – 1915), Loyd Alvin Magar Jr. (1924 – 1989), Bertie Florene Magar (1926 – 2006), Carson Arthel Magar (1929 – 1998), and Jerry Dale Magar (1940 – 1984).
