Past Master of Rogers Prairie Lodge #540 (1956) Darrell 'Ben' Dean Cole Dec. 15, 1924 - March 11, 2007 NORMANGEE - Services for Darrell "Ben" Dean Cole, 82, of Normangee are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harmony Baptist Church in Normangee. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Cozart Funeral Home in Normangee with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery in Normangee. Mr. Cole died Saturday at home. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and sold insurance. Survivors include his wife, Bobbie McDonald Cole of Normangee; a daughter and son-in-law, Jan and John Pigford of Crockett; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Herbert Ray and Golda Cole of College Station and Louise Jones Hurry of Madisonville; a sister, Mary Lou Dawkins of Normangee; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. -- The Eagle - March 12, 2007
