Bio
Reba Christine Hunter, daughter of Arthur and Verna (Kelley) Patterson was born May 26, 1929 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on October 28, 2014 in Dallas, TX, at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 2 days. She enjoyed cooking, traveling and was very craft oriented. She graduated from Stilwell High School and was a member of Salem Baptist Church and attended Victory Southern for several years while her health permitted. Christine and her husband Clifton owned and operated Hunters 5 & 10 Store for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; Arthur and Verna Patterson, her husband; Clifton Hunter, brothers; Herbert, HP, Paul, Joe and Ed Patterson, sisters; Jewell Daufenbaugh, Carolyn Lowe, son; Ronnie Hunter and wife Penny (Nichols) Hunter. Graveside services were held at 2 pm on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Don Varble officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
