Bio

From the St. Paul Republican, September 28, 1905, page 8, transcribed by Linda Berney, from the Elba news column: Frank Partsch died at his home across the river Saturday night. He was sick only a short time, and his death was a shock and surprise to his many friends. He leaves a wife and six small children, the oldest being about 9 years of age. They have the sympathy of everybody in their hour of distress. The funeral was held from the Catholic church Monday.
