Clifford A. Wood 1936-2011 Cliff Wood, 74, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 8, 2011. He will be missed greatly by those he left behind. He loved playing his guitar and singing. He is preceded in death by: his father and mother, Clifford C. and Luverne Wood; his daughter, Debra White; and son, Clifford A. Wood, Jr. Survivors include: his lovely wife, Sarah J. Wood; brothers, Jerry (Linda) Wood, Ronald (Faye) Wood; sister, Joan (Richard) Ward; grandson, Justin White; nieces, Fran and Pam Wood; nephews, Jearald, Kenneth, Michael, and Robert Wood; step-children, Deborah Fernandes, Faye Steeves, Lawrence Testone, Florence Zeigler, Ida Testone, Michael Testone, Vanessa Testone and Rustina McDermott; mother-in-law, Lucille Sanders; brothers-in-law, Alton (Debbie) Patrick, Joe (Brenda) Patrick; sisters-in-law, Cathrine Cofield, Margie (Lonnie) Weed, Diann (Dickie) Smith and Marilyn (Gary) Perez; and many friends. Trahan Family Funeral Home, 419 Yoakum Court, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at the funeral home with Bobby L. Smith, officiating.
