Survived by sons, R. Jason Humlicek (Erin) and their children, Ella, Ian and Maya; Cory Humlicek (Amy) and their children, Sydne, Tayli, Maggie, Brooklyn and Cameron; Ryan Humlicek (Lisa) and daughter Gianna and soon-to-be-born son Jace, all Omaha; sisters, Patti Gehringer (Joe), Council Bluffs, IA, Karen Sedlacek (Ed), Springfield, NE; brother Kevin Humlicek (Sheryl), Lincoln, NE; many nieces, nephews, beloved friends and other relatives. VISITATION Monday 5-7pm at West Center Chapel. Vigil Service 7pm at West Center Chapel. VISITATION continues Tuesday 10am, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 48th and Grover, until time of FUNERAL MASS at 11am. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery.
