Obituary Mrs. Letha Bernice "Bea" Looney, 85, of Lubbock, formerly of Loraine died Thursday, May 6, 2004 in a Lubbock Care Center. Services were held Monday in the Kiker-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joe Marshall officiating. Burial followed in the Colorado City Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home. Mrs. Looney was born to Thomas and Ethel Mayes Kinder on August 29, 1918, in Jack County, Texas. She married Robert "Bob" Looney III on March 24, 1951 in Coahoma. He preceded her in death on September 21, 1980. She was a member of the Lightfoot Church of Christ in Loraine and a Mitchell County resident for 55 years. She is survived by two sisters, Tommye Clark of Marshalltown, Iowa and Patricia Berry of Lubbock; and two sisters-in-law, Joan Kinder of Coahoma and Tenie Kinder of Kerrville.
