FERNE COLLUM CENTER ~ Former Dallas resident, died April 8 in Colorado Springs. Born October 29, 1916, in Rockwall, Ferne is survived by husband Douglas Center and daughter Patricia Radcliffe of Colorado Springs; sister Mary Vance of Hawthorne, Florida; brothers James, Robert, Bill,and Hal Collum, all Dallas area residents. She will be buried in the family plot at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas. Dallas Morning News June 8, 2008
