Bio

Daughter of E. J. and Katherine (Jones) Norton. Mrs. Katherine Norton Jones died in her sleep Nov. 2nd at the home of her daughter on the Jacksonville Highway. A native of this County, the deceased was 74 years of age. Funeral services were held at Shiloh Church with burial to follow in the Shiloh Cemetery. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Edna Rich of Rusk; one son, Alton Jones of Rusk; one half sister, Mrs. Jennie McKinney of Jacksonville; 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
