Stanislarv "Stanley" Schneider, 87, of Burwell died April 26, 2011, at St. Frances Medical Center in Grand Island. Stanley was born Oct. 22, 1923, in Custer County to Antone and Agnes (Cedek) Schneider. Stanley married Lila Fae Freeman on Sept. 2, 1950, at St. Paul. Survivors are: wife, Lila Schneider of Ord; daughter and son-in-law, Joani and Craig Hansen of Ord; son and daughter-in-law Junior and Sue Schneider of Burwell; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; sisters, Marie Skomer of Lincoln, Emily Becker of Grand Island and Irma Rief of Burlingame, Calif.
