Bio

Marie Conner, 77, Glasgow, died Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was a native of Clinton County and was a homemaker. Survivors include one son, Dewayne Conner; a daughter-in-law, Anita Conner; three grandchildren, Shelby McCoy, Holly McCoy, and Amber Shipley all of Glasgow; one sister, Eva Stewart; one brother, Roy Stewart both of Albany. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gleason Conner; a son, Darwin Conner; two brothers, Earl Stewart and Robert Stewart. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Lands Chapel Church near Albany with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home and from 12 to 1 p.m. Thursday at the church.
