C.R."Jake" Mallow C.R."Jake"Mallow of Kermit died Sunday in Memorial Hospital. He was 64. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Grace Temple Baptist Church with the Rev.Dave McFadden officiating.Burial will be in Kermit Cemetery,directed by Cooper Funeral Chapel. He was born April 4,1923,in Ralls,N.M.,and was married to Billie Laverne Thompson in Monahans Nov.13,1948. he had lived in Kermit for 50 years and was a retired supertintendent for Charles Wright Co. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion and VFW. He was a Baptist. Pallbearers will be Weldon Wright, Jerry Wright, Charles Wright, Tom Jones, Randal Mallow and Jackie Rice. Survivors include his wife, Billie Mallow of Kermit; two sons, Raymond Mallow of Kermit and Jake Mallow of Arlington; one daughter, Sandra Burleson of Kermit; two brothers, Floyd Mallow of Levelland and Autice Mallow of Weatherford; four sisters, Audrey McRoy of Levelland, Birdie Stout of Reno,Nev., June Wright of Wichita Falls, and Mildren Shockley of Kermit; and five grandchildren.
