The Carnegie Herald, Wed., Aug. 17, 1977 Woods Rites At Fort Cobb Services for Mrs. Anna Gertrude Woods, 76, of Fort Cobb were Sunday in the Fort Cobb Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Donald Wright of Oney officiating. Burial will be in the Fort Cobb Cemetery. Mrs. Woods, a housewife, died last Friday at Grady County Memorial Hospital in Chickasha. She was born at Carter March 7, 1901, and lived in New Mexico for a while as a young girl. On September 29, 1917, she married Roy William Woods at Plains, Tex. They lived most of their married life in Oklahoma. Survivors include her husband of the home; two sons, Floyd of Fort Cobb and James Leroy of Hobbs, N.M.; four daughters, Mrs. Albert Jocoy of Garland, Tex., Mrs. Vernon Jacoy of Midwest City, Mrs. Walter Russell of Tulsa and Mrs. Grover E. Skaggs of Fort Cobb; two sisters, Minnie Presnell of Drumright and Jewel Holcomb of Cushing; 21 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Submitted by Lillian # 47192135
