Bio

Ludwig was a farmer, widowed and died at the age of 91 years, 8 months and 29 days. He died in Precinct 7, Fayette County, Texas. He died of senility with general debility and pneumonia. I believe that Ludwig would be buried next to Agnes, although his side of the double tombstone is not engraved. Ludwig and Agnes immigrated in 1893 to Fayette County, Texas. Their four children were born in Silesia: Anastasia, 1884; Frank, 1887; Robert, 1888; and Julie, 1889. Ludwig's death certificate was signed by Robert Michalcik, Route 1, Schulenburg, Texas.
