Funeral services for Clinton E. Bailey Were held at 10 a.m. Monday in Hopewell Baptist Church, with the Reverends Farley Green and T.C. Hogan officiating. Interment was in Hopewell Cemetery, under the dir- Ection of HixsonÙus Funeral Home. Mr. Bailey died Thursday, November 25, at 8:30 p.m. in Memorial Baptist Hospital. He was 78 years old. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lily Bailey of DeRidder; 10 daughters Mrs. Otha Lacy, Mrs. Rose Lee Ladner, And Mrs. Bernice Brown, all of DeRidder. Mrs. Versie Montooth, Mrs. Lily Fowler, And Mrs. BettyMartin, all of Lake Charles, Mrs. Katherine Atkinson of Dry Creek, Mrs. Linda Hogan of Melder, Mrs. Mary Watson of Egland A.F.B., Fla. and Mrs. Vernie Fumanti of Minneapolis, Minn.; Four sons, Robert and Colin Bailey of DeRidder, Alfred Bailey of Woodbury, N.J. and Cleveland Bailey of Hoyt Lake, Minn.; 49 grandchildern and 11 great Granchildern; four sisters, Mrs. Irene Frusha, Mrs. Mattie Carroll, Mrs. Genia Simmons, and Mrs. Delia Young, all of DeRidder; two brothers, Huey and Landry Bailey of DeRidder.
