Bio

Mrs. Lenora B. Austin (Sunday, May 28, 1989, DeRidder- Funeral services for Mrs. Lenora B. Austin, 94, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 29, in Hopewell Baptist Church. The Revs. John R. Nichols and Kelly Harper will officiate. Burial will be in the Hopewell cemetery under direction of Hixson - Gaurdian Chapel. Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today, May 28, at the funeral home. Mrs. Austin died at 11:35 p.m. Friday in the DeRidder hospital. A DeRidder native, she was the oldest member of the Hopewell Baptist Church. Survivors are one son, Calvin C. Austin of DeRidder; one sister, Mrs. Louella Miers of DeRidder, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
