The Press-Enterprise Riverside, CA September 09, 1997 Bloomington Fleeta Bell Graveside services for Fleeta E. Bell, 79, were Monday at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery in Tyler, Texas. She died of heart disease Wednesday at Villa Rehabilitation and Continuing Care in Riverside. Ingold Chapel Funeral Home in Fontana handled arrangements. Mrs. Bell, who was born in Texas, lived in Bloomington 14 years and previously lived in Riverside for three years. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Huber of Riverside; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Bill Shelley of Tucson, Ariz.; and a sister, Jackie Kissick of Brawley. She was the daughter of Perry Elijah Shelley and Hazel Gertrude Williams. She married Clyde Martin Bell October 19, 1940 in Tyler, Smith County, Texas.
