Ruby Lillian Waddill Webb was born to John Sherman Waddill and Nora Ella Slaughter Waddill 10 May 1898 at Star Texas. Ruby lived most of her life in Hamilton and Mills County. Ruby married Horace Webb.They eloped by horse and buggy.Ruby was a homemaker.They had three children Ola, Mack, and Ila. Ruby passed away June 7,1985. Buried in Hurst Ranch in Hamilton County.
