Beloved mother of Elizabeth (Lizzie) Lamar Irwin, Mary Lamar, Nealie Lamar, Whitfield Lamar, Flossie Lamar Dale and Thomas Lamar. Sister to Amelia Velina Elizabeth Kilpatrick McClain (Matthew). ----------------- Elizabeth Lamar Irwin is buried at Arlington she mar. Newton B. Irwin.

Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza Kilpatrick Lamar, 80, were held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Mount Joy Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Maury County, the Rev. Robert Hall officiating. Burial was in McClain cemetery. Mrs. Lamar died Sunday at her home in Mount Joy after a long illness. A native of Perry County, she was the daughter of William and Melvin Cooper Kilpatrick. She was a member of the McClain cemetery. Mrs. Lamar died Sunday at her home in Mount Joy after a long illness. A native of Perry County, she was the daughter of William and Melvin Cooper Kilpatrick. She was a member of the Mount Joy Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Her husband, James Thomas Lamar, died in 1918. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Newt Irwin, Miss Nellie Lamar, and Mrs. Clint Dale; two sons, Whitfield and Thomas Lamar, all of Mount Pleasant; a brother, John Kilpatrick of Linden; a sister, Mrs. Betty McClain of Hohenwald; 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
