Clarence Albert Ramsey , 82, passed away May 1, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born June 13, 1914 in West Plains, Missouri to Clarence Elbert and Verti Zula Fine Ramsey. Married to Donna Turner Ramsey October 8, 1945 He was a Veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps under General Patton. He was assigned to Europe and Africa during the war. Survived by two sons, Clarence W. and Donald Ramsey Preceded in death by his sister: Inas Lorene Ramsey Leavell & brother in law Tommy Leavell of Austin, Texas, and sister Neva Allene /Ramsey/ of Texas.
